hi , i am having a pressure problem on a flow machine with cougar 2 pump. when i start pump i can get 40000 psi but as when i turn head on pressure drops to 25000 - 26000 psi and wont go any higher , i have new orifice and nozzle . anyone have an idea of where to start? thanks r brintle

Hi, I have a Calypso Waterjet with a KMT Pump. My pump started shutting off after 5 minutes of cutting and I would receive an error saying "3 Over Stroke (leak detection). The problem is I just replaced all the seals and have no visable signs of leakage. Has anyone seen this before?

We have a mach 4 . We load garnet in the morning every thing works fine . If we have to load in the middle of the shift, we have garnet blowing out the top of the feeder. We have let set for as long as 15 min. before starting back up and it still blows out. any thought would be helpful. Thank You.
