HI. when i cut ss 6mm or 8mm or higher  i have a big V-shaped taper and all size on square detail are rounded. taper has between up and down surface near 0.5 mm on 65x10x6mm detail. but when i use plexyglass 15mm same detail it's ok. i have flow mach2b with Pacer ECL plus, i use 1.02 mixed tube , diamond orifice 0.013 garnet mesh 80 with .246 metering disk (try also .206 .215 metering disk size as well) 47x1000 psi on my hyplex prime pump. it's started a few days ago, after when i change mixed tube on 0.76 and metering disk .154 and try cut 0.5mm aluminium. all tools (mixed tube, diamond orifice disk, metering disk) i change and put new.
