We got a "flow" water jet within our factory for our own purposes. At the moment we are in a process to save water and energy usage in our factory. Is there anyone who recycle the water use in the water jet? I will really apppreciate your help.

At what cut speed would I have to run a Flow DWJ/ 60K intensifer at to cut 5/8 thick Al2003 Stainless steel (Machinabilty index 3.19?) to get an edge quality of 250Ra?
